JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Property Operations Associate to join our on-site team in the Netherlands, contributing to our incredible resident experiences across our portfolio of residential properties. You will play an important role in the community’s marketing, leasing and operational strategies to achieve the company’s occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Role Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service. Responds quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s). 

  • Responsible for all sales and lettings activities including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours and showing apartments. In addition, responsible for processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing. 

  • Responsible for all viewing activities ensuring that the property meets the required company standards, follow up calls are carried out and feedback is received following all viewings. 

  • Undertakes marketing and event activities to promote the property and organize regular events and monitors competitor activity. 

  • Completion of all documentation, recording and maintaining file notes and residents’ records in compliance with local and GDPR regulations. 

  • Uses the property management software application (Yardi, etc.) to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture critical demographic and other information about existing and future residents. Work with the maintenance IQ system for technical and facility management within the property.  

About You

  • We are looking for a proactive team member with excellent customer service skills and experience in a sales or customer service role in a similar residential, hospitality or leisure environment.  

  • You will have great communication skills and be able to influence others and create a positive atmosphere.

  • You will be confident in initiating relationships, expressing cultural awareness in communication and negotiation skills to suit audience. 

  • You will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and an eye for detail, alongside proficient social media, numerical and administrative skills.
