JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As our Build-to-Rent (BTR) platform continues to expand nation-wide, we’re looking for an experienced Portfolio Leasing Manager to lead leasing performance across a growing collection of communities.

This role sits at the centre of our leasing operation: overseeing leasing performance, leading our Central Leasing Team and working closely with onsite teams to deliver a seamless customer journey from first enquiry through to move-in.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drive leasing performance across the BTR portfolio, managing pipeline metrics, leasing pacing and conversion performance to maximise occupancy.
• Lead the Central Leasing Team, ensuring strong enquiry handling, response times and consistent lead qualification standards.
• Optimise the leasing funnel, identifying opportunities to improve lead-to-tour and tour-to-application conversion across the customer journey.

• Coordinate central and onsite leasing teams to ensure seamless handovers, consistent tour delivery and strong application outcomes.
• Monitor inventory and leasing demand, providing insights and reporting to support portfolio optimisation and strategic decision making.

About You:

You’re a driven leasing or sales leader who understands how to turn enquiry into occupancy. You’re comfortable working across multiple assets, using data and customer insight to optimise leasing performance while building strong relationships with both central and onsite teams.

You enjoy working in fast-paced environments where performance, customer experience and operational discipline are equally important.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Leasing or sales leadership experience across residential, multifamily, property or BTR environments - ideally supporting multiple assets or a centralised leasing model.
• Strong understanding of leasing pipelines and conversion metrics, with the ability to analyse performance and improve results across the funnel.
• Experience leading or coaching leasing/sales teams in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Bonus points for experience with Yardi or similar CRM/property systems!
