JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Property Operations Manager has overall responsibility for on-site operations, including leasing management, day-to-day activities and property resources to achieve established financial and operational objectives. The focus is on building a vibrant, innovative, safe and welcoming community in which our residents enjoy being involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the properties' daily activities and resources to achieve and exceed established financial and operational goals.
  • Oversees the rental management process.
  • Works with the company's marketing and sales department to develop local marketing and leasing strategies.
  • Actively seeks interaction and contact with residents to proactively improve service delivery and ensure community events enhance the overall resident experience.
  • Achieves targeted revenue by ensuring rent, utilities and other fees are collected and accounted for in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Supports the creation of annual budgets.
  • Creates, approves and submits orders and processes invoices.
  • Plans and organizes the rental processes on site.
  • Leads the team to create positive, memorable experiences by exceeding the expectations of all residents. Proactively strives for continuous improvement through feedback.

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Completed education
  • Professional experience in the real estate industry or sales experience is desirable
  • Convincing communication skills
  • Strong acquisition and negotiation strengths
  • Customer-oriented way of working
  • High level of self-motivation, determination and willingness to perform
  • Professional, engaging and well-groomed appearance
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Knowledge of using property management software (preferably Yardi).Training is also offered
