JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This position provides strategic and tactical support to Elevate Centralized Service Platforms. Team members in this role support the execution of strategies and programs that drive operational performance development regionally or nationally by coordinating and executing various processes, programs, projects, and tasks that foster improved operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and/or participates in project teams to implement process improvements and programs targeted to increase revenue, reduce costs, promote efficiencies, and improve the overall performance of the assigned portfolio. 
  • Oversees pilots and projects related to proposed new processes and operating systems by creating detailed project and communication plans, proposing and justifying required resources, managing the daily project-related activities, and following through to project completion. 
  • Provides support and assistance to centralized service team members, Community Managers, on-site team members, key business leaders, and others by fielding questions and requests, gathering data and reports, and assisting in resolving issues related to operating policies, procedures, and Company business practices. 
  • Participates and supports new business development and acquisitions efforts by providing information and data for requests for proposals and new business pitches, attending meetings and presentations to existing and potential stakeholders, and creating compelling presentations and other materials for promoting new business. 
  • Supports the development and implementation of new applications, programs, and other innovative business practices that drive increased revenue, client/customer satisfaction, efficiencies, and overall process improvements and provides operational support to ensure the continued success of these efforts. 
  • Completes various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analyses and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.  

Basic Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of external communication strategies, media relations, and brand management. 
  • Ability to define, track, and optimize KPI metrics to evaluate the success of communication strategies and media outreach efforts. 
  • Capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with strong attention to detail to create persuasive arguments that engage key audiences.
  • Proficiency in using multiple property management software systems preferred (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, etc.).
  • Knowledge of property operations and, in particular, of lease terms and lease enforcement, including delinquency management and demand notices.
  • Project management experience preferred

Specialized Skills:

  • Ability to adapt communication strategies and define objectives to protect and enhance Elevates Centralized Service brand reputation in the US market. 
  • Skill in providing digital media intelligence, defining thought leadership topics, and crafting messaging to position Greystar as an innovative market leader. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent work within tight timescales. 
  • Experience navigating potential issues, identifying risk areas, processes, and quality control improvements.
  • Highly effective communicator, presenter, and problem-solver.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and documents.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
