JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Property Administrator Intern at OurDomain!
A challenging internship for those who are passionate about providing service to residents and who like to learn about property finance. OurDomain has in total 3 locations: Amsterdam Diemen, Amsterdam South East and Rotterdam Blaak. We offer furnished studios and unfurnished apartments for students and (young) professionals with top notch facilities such as a service desk, cinema room, lounge areas, study areas, a restaurant and a gym.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Who are we looking for?

You and your colleagues are responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. You are eager and curious to learn all aspects of the property; have strong communication skills, as well as an eye for detail so you don’t miss anything. Furthermore, you ensure that all of our residents live in a safe environment. You work closely with the operations team to maintain the service stays at a high level.
